Chapter 9 The Shroud of Darkness begins to Fall
Mean While in the city of Mudarc........
Dusk was upon the grand city of Mudarc. The Oddworldian Sun was setting past the skyscrapers, as the darkness of night fell. The city lit up all at once, as the traffic was getting dense as usual.
Yslam the head of the Glukkon High council, stepped into his office, as the sun was setting he peered through the windows, seeing over everything as the Oddworld moon depicted on there ceremonial capes, came into view, the three fingered hand, seen as always.
One thing was still on Yslam's mind, why hadnt Derec reported in, the past week. He began to be worried, what could have happened, Mudos was still a new continent that hadnt been fully explored yet.
Though what happened next was odd indeed, and very unexpected.
A small hologram appeared, on Yslams desk, he sat down in his throne of the high council, and listened to what the hologram said. Not only did the hologram begin to speak, the hologram was of a hooded glukkon.
Most of this glukkon's face was hidden except for the glowing red eyes, he was wearing a hooded Black robe, and told Yslam something, that he said was important information to the Glukkons.
" Yslam leader of the Glukkon High Council, I come to speak to you of the truth about the moon we worship........."
"What is it," Yslam inquired.
"I will tell you when I meet with you in person..." the hooded glukkon responded. meet me tonight on the balcony outside your office........., I will meet you there within the hour........."
