It´s very cool that you give other members a chance too.
Nobody can say that a member who have just 300 or 400 posts isn´t a good moderator.
And it´s not good that we vote for a member because he is just popular.
The moderators of the future must have a good character, a good heart and they must live up to expectations and deal justly.
I think that´s very important.
