Facts and Fallacies

&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp I have been thinking, and I've found that people are a lot like a pond of ducks. You can give them all of your food, yet when you reach out to them, they run away. They are not very thankful creatures.

&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp I also want to sort out the fact from the fiction in this argument. After I say that if we were not all barriered by our computer screens, wed all be at each others' throats. For Shame. But that's human nature... nobody can argue with that... security in groups. So I'm not the least bit suprised that, naturally, everyone blindly flocks to the Administrator for safety and comfort without truly knowing their "enemy's" true motives. We're all a little ignorant at one time or another. Your anger and spite should not be directed at me, but the truly evil people of our world.

&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp Also, I will not lie. I've always wondered if a difference of opinions could be settled peacefully between two humans. What have I found? Yes, it can! But only when there is a complete and unskewed understanding of the situation before them. When there is fear, uncertaintly, or doubt... senseless fighting erupts. It's relief to see people on here who have reacted calmly to this and who have not resorted to namecalling. Really, I ask, what is your idea in saying those kinds of things? They do not disturb me.

&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp My sinister motive in pulling this off was (mark my words) never to gain control of the forums. My repsect is so great, not only for the forums founder, but for OWI themselves. I have too much at risk here. I gave people unlimited space on my server out of the kindness of my heart. God knows I have too much else to do. I would never have the time to administrate these forums. It's a shame that people in this modern world cannot just understand what true kindness is. My intentions were never ill. So, the reason this happened was because of this:

&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp We have watched and known behind the scenes of the Oddworld Forums. I know the story of it's origins, which are not pink and wrapped in a bowtie. We did what we did in order to stand up for the rights of ourselves, our fellow employees, and our fellow forum members. Don't think otherwise, because you will once again be in a pit of darkness. The reason I typed what I did was to create a groundbreaking new attitude here at the forums, even if it put my decent reputation at risk. Got your attention, no doubt? Sure, it was an unpleasant way of doing so, but it worked. It was also a very good time to get my own word out to the people. I presume that nobody 'really' read what I wrote there... they just picked up the parts about Sydney.

&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp Jacob, I'd like to say that you are one I agree with here. It is very true that I have misjudged you in the past. Kristen and I were even discussing before this mess how you had strightened up. Anyway, you are right.

&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp Sydney, would you like to tell these people about some of the stuff you've done; I mostly speak of the stuff you have done to us? after all of this, you feared that the forums had forgotten about you; that you were old news. I've proved you wrong, haven't I? You're the man in charge. Handle your responsibility carefully, though. You're in an incredible place of power and you cannot squander that! There are people here who look up to you my friend. You cannot betray that.
