You don't say it like that because people won't know what you are talking about. They would be like drag? What? Drag means alot of things. It means tired and a street road (slang) so it depends on how you said it.
"I have planned something in a drag": I've planned something in the street road?
You can say:
"What I planned on wearing is something more in a drag queen type appearance, ya know what I'm saying yo?"
females are called "Drag Kings" yes, they are called dykes also.
