Who are you to decide who will have a decent shot at life and who won't? You can't just decide arbitrarily based purely on their disability. CP Sufferers might learn to cope and want to live. Deaf or Blind people might not be able to cope and might want to die. It is not your decision who gets to live and who gets to die. Basing your decision around a person's physical capabilities is just absurd.
Remember,
Voluntary Euthanasia (which is what you support, you told me over MSN) means that it is their choice, and nobody else's.
