Okay, I'm sorry, but I have to disagree on this point. Chroniclers are
not aristocrats. On the Social Ladder of Mudos, Chroniclers are firmly in the Middle Class, roughly level with Glukkons and Vykkers. Mudos's Aristocrats are the Khanzumerz...
Think of it this way:
Glukkons: Commercial Middle Class
Vykkers: Academic Middle Class
Chroniclers: Bureaucratic Middle Class
Although obviously these definitions are very loose...
By the way, I also think that Chroniclers might be Mudos's Lawyers as well. From what we know of them, they seem to have that sort of temperament...
