Step 1: I go to a website with Japanese text.
Step 2: It pops up a little dialog which says I need to install Japanese Text Support.
Step 3: It canceles itself and tells me I need to go to Windows Update and download Japanese Text Support.
Step 4: I go to Windows Update and find a distinct lack of Japanese Text Support to download.
Step 5: I want Japanese Text Support, damn it!
Step 6: I come here and ask how to get Japanese Text Support.
