In the Paramonian Temple in the secret where you have to save a few mudokons and there are Paramites there wanting to eat you, I have successfully finished that part my having the game glitch up.
Everytime I run back to the portal I make sure they are near me before I jump into it. And when I return through the portal the Paramites are behind me, and dont move an inch until im off screen into the other screen and drop some meat.
This helped me out a bit, and I think this was the place that Tom got stuck? (I am right Tom? I think I remember you saying you couldn't get past a place in the Paramonia Temple...)
