Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee is an Xbox exclusive, which means it won't be appearing on the PC. If it ever will reach the PC it will be after Microsoft's 4-game contract with Oddworld Inhabitants has finished. And that's many years away.
However, by that time, you may have changed your mind, or might be able to easily purchase an Xbox quite cheeply. Whatever happens, it's your choice ultimately.
