It can be done, but not with baking soda, but with alkaseltzer and white rice. You put it into a fish and the rest happens. Or so I heard. I was going to do it to a few of the 24 million seagulls in my area but my conscience got to me. Plus, I would have gotten an asskicking from mother dearest.
