Hmmm... I'd have to say that the worst thing I've ever done is run around the house yelling "Fire!" when there really wasn't one. My mom got really pissed off and took away my Playstation for about a month. Oh bad me! :O

Edit: I've probably done worse things, but I've forgotten about them.
