Nope 0.2 is a member of the Oddworld Maffia. Not to much is know about him, he could be the leader or just a hitman? But he is pretty big and he's a member of the Glukkon family. Im sure Max or Khanzumer can tell us more and Xavier can show you guys the pic seince Im to lazy to go find it, and mabye Kaimana can start a theory topic on the Oddworld Maffia?
