I'd have to go with the first Soul Reaver game. Wasn't horrible, but I went nuts having to use that crappy save game system and push blocks around all the time.

The argument that you should ban something just because somewhere, somebody is going to use it the wrong way doesn't work. If that's the case, illegalise all religions, ban The Merchant of Venice because of its vehement intolerance and dismiss J.D. Salinger's work because Holden Caulfield provides a bad role model for teenage boys.

I agree that this sort of thing can be dangerous - but that's why you keep it away from tots that don't recognise the difference between GTA3 and the real world. The crime isn't the fun thing in that game, it's the manic driving and car switching that makes it enjoyable. If somebody can't tell the difference between that and how things operate in reality, then they're impressionable enough to be convinced of anything. It's the same reason you don't let your malleable eight year old start checking out pornos before he's capable of understanding sex as a mature person, rather than shagging the first thing he sees uncontrollably.
