I don't think you can be born homophobic. Attitude is something that you acquire throughout life, and I'd say that in most cases, homophobics often have parents who are/were homophobic themselves.

I think to when you are little, and your parents are homophobic, depending on who you are, then yeah their are chances of the kids being homophobic also or not. SOme kids can break that cycle. But, when you reach a certain age, it's your decision to be homophobic or not. (Mainly when you leave your parents nest).
