Well once Sligs prove to their Glukkon mangagers that they have a fairly decent work ethic than most other Sligs then the Glukkons may decide wether or not to educate them in some way to prepare them for slightly higher jobs that knowone really wants. Lets take Crig for example, everyonce in a while theres probably a news story out on location with some type of danger.... lets say a riot. No other reporters wanna go to the location to report the story so they just send good ol Crig!

As for education costs, I don't think educating a Slig would cost that much, the Gluks probably put them in a one day class, teach them what they need to be taught then either use them for themselves as presonal assisstance or sell them to some other company that needs them, like the Daily Deception.
