Here's my analysis of each place...
Slig Barracks
With no proper management to speak of, all those Sligs could get away with Mudocide easily - and let's not forget all that target practise and gruelling physical labour you have to apply yourself to. Your surroundings and lodgings aren't very pretty, either.
SoulStorm Brewery
It's certainly quite safe, and there's lots of free SoulStorm drinks hanging about...which can either be a pro or a con, depnding on whether you're Alf or not. But then again, the Brewmaster is a tough boss, and you're quite likely to end up in a Tear X-Tractor or have your bones removed.
Necrum Mines
This is probably one of the most dangerous of the five listed, what with all the sharp, jagged rocks, deadly falls, mining equipment and whatnot. I'm also not looking forward to having my eyes removed for marbles and my eyelids sewn together.
RuptureFarms
Without a doubt the grottiest place of work, this turbid labyrinth isn't open to the public, and Molluck isn't afraid to take advantage of that fact - dangerous meatsaws, electric walls and Slog a-plenty... yummy! Speaking of yummy, there are free Tasty Treats, although you're probably them. There are employee lounges, which is a plus.
Bonewerkz
Clean atmosphere, beautiful red-brick walls and even a free information service (Bonewerkz Bulletin Board) are all pros, but then there's the many Slogs that live here. I'd have to say, of those five listed factories, this is my favourite...
...but, given the choice, I would pick the FeeCo Depot. It's clean, it's safe (both because it's a fully public facility), and Vice-President Aslik is actually a decent employer. And that gorgeous American 19th Century girdering is divine!
