We first see him in the good ending of MO. I don't know to much on him, I do know that he traded his surgeon stats for a monacle, bow tie and auction block. He loves to auction off stuff and he'll auction just about anything! Instead of inflicting pain on others internal organs he finds pleasure in inflicting it on their walllets. Headly may not seem twisted but deep down he truely is. He has exploided thousands of innocent species and auctioned them off to the highest bidder without remorse.
