marmite, I believe, is similar to vegimite. if thats not enough for you it's yeast extract (it's been awhile since I've seen that and it's probably incorect). it's a british (again not quite sure) and used to spread on toast or bread or most other wheat products (that one I'm pretty sure of).
I survive for weeks at a time with honey and peanut butter sandwhiches and snacks (during the summer, otherwise it's broken by school lunches). unfortunatly I normally add too much honey and peanut butter and end up with about 50% bread and 45% ingrediants.
