One theory is that it's to do with racial tension. Another is due to the "passion" of soccer fans. I'm not sure if any of these are true or not.
2. Well I really don't like soccer, it's so boring... especially to watch. So my theory is that it is so boring (i.e. no action, lack of scoring), that the fans have to release their frustrations somewhere, and they revert to violence!!!

1. Because the supporters are idiots.
2. It's can be fun when you're playing but not in Games at school... You have to stop the game just because someone was 'offside'. Why can't people just play the game without the stupid rules that make it boring? Because the people who use the boring rules are all idiots.
