Yes, the music is definately from FF8 ... it is the main battle theme, otherwise known as Don't be Afraid. One thing I do know is my FF music!
So if it is an official Pakistan Navy site, why use music from FF8? But to have a domain name like that it'd have to be somewhat official one would think.
