No, I don't lie about my gender ever. But it was pretty amusing when a certain someone *looks at him/her* on the forums thought I was a boy.....I'll never know why.....perhaps it's my username...  *chuckles* Still amusing though.
Although not to say, that lying about my gender hasn't crossed my mind*shrugs* Just never been bothered really to fake my gender..... 
But I'm a female just incase my username makes peeps think I'm actually male......
