This is all working around gameplay in my opinion...
I think they laugh at him just because you cannot talk to mudokons with Munch, but there may be another reason to cover that...
Meeps... oh well you can't talk to meeps with Munch, yes, but can't talk to them with Abe neither, they are scared 'cause they are some sort of sheeps
