I have one, yes, that doesn't work on my PC. I bought (well, bartered) it from Tom (Gluk Schmuck) because it no longer worked on his PC, which he had recently upgraded from 98 to ME. But it doesn't work on my PC at all, because it's a slow and pathetic piece of electronics. So I don't think it actually is a defective disc. It's still got its original box, manual and everything.
