I had alway found it funny that America decided to keep it on 5 days a week. For a good show like Millionare, it's just overkill. Most countries screen it once a week. But not America. Given, most countries can't risk giving away a million bucks each week, but people are going to be board of it sooner or later if it's screened on a day by day bases.
But how many millionaires has the U.S version had???
In Australia we havn't had one yet. And I belive that America had a million dollar winner before the U.K (where the show came from). And is it because Americans are smarter than the rest of the world. Noooo. It's because the question are easier. If people keep winning, you get sick of it. It's like if there was a Superbowl every month. So yes it's the ABC's fault that Millionare isn't on in the U.S anymore.
But Eddie is going to be King of the world one day. I dosen't really matter what he's doing now. He's just filling in time.
Out of intrest, Who Wants to be a Millionare failed badly in Japan or China because their culture dosen't like to see others get Rich. They like to see money shared around.
