Chapter 22:
Chomp followed the spirits voice and presence.
"Chomp............"
Chomp looked oddly towards the path, he hopped in the forward
direction of the spirit's voice and wavering presence.
Rustling came from the bushes that Chomp suddenly passed by,
and a dark figure fell out flat on it's face.
It looked up towards the hopping Chomp, and dragged itself and gripped onto a bush branch. It was Shirley and Kiros. Kiros flipped Shirley on his back, and the followed the weirdly behaved Chomp hopped towards the unknown presence of the dead Gabbit, it was a dark night filled with beautiful glowing stars up above.
"Chomp!!!" called Shirley.
Chomp ignored the call of Shirley and hopped on.
"CHOMP!!" she shrieked impaitently.
A shock came out from Chomp as she and Kiros got nearer and electrocuted a shrieking Shirley.
She yelped in pain as blood drained out onto Kiro's nose, he attempted to shake it off.
Shirley ordered Kiros to run like the wind and catch up with the odd Gabbit, Kiros charged with all his might.
Shirley whipped out her standard staff and chanted to relase magic inside the staff.
She zapped a yelping Chomp back for basic revenge, as he collasped into a pool of blood pouring out.
Shirley jumped off Kiros guitily, "Stay here." she said to the Elum.
Kiros mooed in agreement.
She rann towards the knocked out Gabbit and kneeled down brushing her long skirt back, and she put her paws on Chomp to relase a healing spell, she chanted as she unexpectly summoned a spirit out of Chomp.......The Gabbit Spirit.
"Blast! said an annoyed Spirit.
"I could of achieved my goal, you blew it. But now I can put my mind at rest.......Go back to sleep.....forever."
And it disapearred suddenly.
Shirley fell, looking a bit freaked out but then she looked at a collasped Chomp...
"He was possessed...."she muttered and put a paw on Chomp.
Kiros came forward to Shirley with a blanket in his mouth for Chomp, Shirley grabbed it and put it over him.
