Part 12

Lance: "Shame...i was quite hoping he would stop and show me the sites."

The Mudokon who was still standing had ran off deeper into the forest as soon as he saw Lance. Lance cracked his neck, trying to get accustomed to his new language. He was getting the hang of it fairly quickly and turned to the Mudokon who had 'given' him this gift. Crouching down he smiled.

Lance: "Thankyou. But i like to know were the nearest population lies. You think you could tell me that?"

The creatures eyes were filled with fear and as hard as it tried it couldn't lash out or run. Lance' eyes brightened for a brief moment.
Well...?
This simple word broke into the creatures mind, asking it telepathicly and now awaiting a response.
Ummm...L-look out for the smoke, then follow to were it is situated.
Lance beamed proudly and patted the creatures head.

Lance: "Well done."

He stood up and turned away, stepping over the corpse of the half eaten prey.
H-Hey!! What have you done to me...undo whatever you have done...please!!
Lance stopped in his tracks, the voice had broken his train of thought and basically violated his mind.

Lance: "Ugh...well how rude. You should get permission before you go breaking into a creatures subconcious."

He turned to the creature, his clawed hands glowing a faint green and electricity darting up and around his wrists. He raised his arms, pointing them towards the paralysed cretin. The energy gathered and sparked, but then slowly died down. Lance delved deeper into the creatures head. Realising why he wanted to be up on his feet quickly. He was being hunted of some kind of creature. Lance, being the sadistic bastard he was, slowly backed away, smiling evily as his victim's eyes begged him to help. A short, mocking laugh erupted as Lance's physique dispersed into whisps of shadowy, blackness. Leaving the Mudokon to be tracked down and killed...
