Yes, I'm sure this one section of the game that looks terrible is definitely not indicative of the quality as a whole. I'm sure that in every other part of the game, animations actually move at normal speeds and the game doesn't look like someone vomited up christmas lights all over my screen. It's situational. It's

Obviously the only reason people don't like those billboards is because they're busy sucking off the nostalgia cock and can't see past their rose tinted goggles.
