It just occured to me that the P. P. P. in the page title stands for "Prestige. Power. Profits.".

EDIT: Looked some more in the Base64-like codes.

I have the feeling those are Base64 codes but with some noise in it.
The same way the binary code had occurences of "1029" in it preventing us to uncode it directly.

Unfortunately I don't see any patern or familiar code in there that could be removed.
The only thing I noticed was "IfedZIRO" and tried to replace it with a "0" but that didn't work
