Maybe, but to me it seems a little strange that almost everything they told about plot is in game, and everything they didn't spoil is not.
I mean for example we know Munch is next "chosen one" for his own Oddysee. Were there any divine powers which chose him, or prophecy like one for blue skin Mudokons in Monsaic Line? At least art with Munch hovering above totem circle (this totems more reminds me Glukkons than Gabbits) exists.
Is his Oddysee to get from point A to point B - escape, found Lulu, make him the star, save tincan of gabbiar, and this is all? How Oddysee Munch shoul complite bounds with Abe? Abe wears a tatoo of five Oddysees on his chest, that
Mudokon spirits gave him. Is he main chosen one, who needs to help others?
Looks like nearly 70 percents of story were cut out.
