They're the workers, who are male but not part of sexual reproduction. That's in the same way as worker bees are technically female but asexual.
Many of the Oddworld species are eusocial, but we don't yet know about the drones of any of them.

Agree, I thought about this. Then I wonder are males who reproduce looks different.
