I can't believe my eyes - Lorn confirmed that Glukkons we seen so far are males. This totally changes my view on the structure of their society, based on the hive (or anthill, it does not matter). Does this mean they are males who make children with queen? But who are the workers in the hive then?

They're the workers, who are male but not part of sexual reproduction. That's in the same way as worker bees are technically female but asexual.
Many of the Oddworld species are eusocial, but we don't yet know about the drones of any of them.
