Did some extrapolation of data with new stuff I learnt from the Intel ARG, most of it is kind of readable. Left both the original and the improved version, the entirety of the images I processed (for better or worse  ) are here.

Not too sure on both the morse and the glyphs… some seem artifacts although some are clearly there. In the pigpens I dotted what I wasn't sure of. |
Thanks for sharing this Varstahl, I've been looking at those and try some substitution ciphers on it but I'm getting nowhere.
This part of the ARG is super brutal, it makes me wonder if we're really supposed to be tackling it this way.
EDIT: Looking at it a bit more it seems the biggest issue we have is video quality.
I've been looking at the video directly on YouTube and it seems the glyphs are a bit clearer there:
