Using Varstahl's interpretation of of the Morse :GDPQOJ/QK/QCO/BCKGQP/DO/QKO/OTT and noting the 9 squares found before I decided to use Caesar cipher with Key 9, 9 times over, using the result from the previous decoded answer each time.

The 9 squares in reality are 8 9 1 2, in four different frames. As for the caesar cipher (or rot-N) there are only 25 possible rotations (excluding the starting one), so the (9 * 9) % 26 equals a rotation of 3, which can be decoded by 26-n, 23. Beside that, you also made a mistake, rotating it 8 times, (9 * 8) = 72, 72 % 26 = 20, 26 - 20 = 6, which is the result you obtained while decoding

Still looks pretty much the same to me tbh. And I still can't find the two other damned strings in the video. Are we sure it's there? Can anyone mention the frame numbers?
