Theory-wise, I'm also assuming that's an intern's eyes reflected in the glass, but they look too wide--normally interns have very narrowed eyes and a cynical expression, unless this one is soft-hearted enough to be horrified at what that mudokon is growing through.

You may have a point, I went through the cut scene in MO where the Intern notices Munch isn't in his chair and his eye don't really go THAT wide, their also not as close together as the eyes in the image, but they could just be turned to the side?
Edit; I'm not sure those things at the bottom is a hand, it looks more like a messed up bottom jaw, also there seems to be more reflected stuff but placed along side the eyes, none of the things I see make sense.
