I don't understand the shikaku.?

I noticed something else. When you try to repuzzle the grid there is one tile that seems to have both the top and the bottom of the logo on it. Does it have to be cut in half?
I can even link that problem with a problem I found in the coordinates. When True and False applied, there is one duplicate. 2,4
Depending on where you start counting, thats exactly the spot of the awkward tile.
