I have exactly the same issue. Can't seem to get the Xbox one controller triggers to work with New 'n' Tasty.

You had trouble with NnT? I had no problems what so ever with using a controller for that which I was pleasantly surprised about, does that mean you've not played it then? I hope you find a solution.
