Ok, so I know this seems a little extravagant, but I may have cracked the arrow code...
When converting the protractor measurements for the arrows on image 2 to their alphanumeric values by removing the last digit - always 0 (since A-Z=0-25) I get:
7 14 9 8 20 25 18 5 22 5 5 4 15 3 5 4
H O J I U Z S F W F F E P D F E
Which when shifted 25 spaces with a Caesar cipher returns:
gnihtyreve edoced
Which when reversed reads as:
Decode Everything
I'll see if I can apply the same thing to the arrows on that cleaned up document?  |
