After messing with the barcode for hours, I found out that barcodes always start and end the same, this one was missing the first bar that makes up the Start Code.
So I've ended up with a link.

The only translated barcode we've had produced a mash of random letters:
"Ivzw gsv mfnyvih pmld gsv gifgs"
Which is translated into:
"Read the numbers know the truth"
Never a URL.
Please don't make stuff up...
