Wouldn't be surprised if this is a still from a new intro cutscene by Frima Studio.
Regarding the potential Vykker looking through the fence on the right, it does look like
something is there, especially considering what looks like highlights on the one side of its head. But I'd be more inclined to say it looks like a glukkon, given the shape of the eyes and its proportions.
