Is there any way to see if there have been any updates to the various versions of NnT recently? Perhaps they added something to the game itself and this is a secret code to find it.

SteamDB keeps great record of things like that. Looks like NnT was last updated ~7 months ago, and it's various DLCs ~1 year ago.

Edit: Actually according to
https://steamdb.info/sub/57689/history/ , NnT may have gotten a minor update as little as 4 months ago. Something happened 29 days ago but it appears it was maybe just a version/package number change.
