This is going to be the greatest Problem, huh? I don't get it. Why does he leave, but don't give the Lead to an Admin who's not giving up the hope on the Forum? We need this Technical upgrade! Without it, every other works are useless. As u said, we're at 2017. Can't we get him back for doing this?

Alcar can't let go of the past, so he maintains ownership of the forums, yet he's too busy/lazy to implement any of the changes himself. He's become a meme unto himself by now.
