Here's what I could make of the arrow code on the right side of the sheet, when read from Top-to-Bottom:
↖ ↖ ← ↙ ↘ - ↓ ↘ ↙ - ↓ ↑ ↖(?) ← - ↖ ↖ ↑ ↓ ↓ ↖ ↙ - ↓ ↘ ↙ - ↓ ↙ ↖ - ← ↙ ↙ ...(?)
Not sure what way they need to be read, or if they are even relevant. I'm not certain of the third arrow in the third group, or the final arrow, which I've left blank. I've also separated the groups of arrows with a hyphen.

Goodluck to whoever can decipher this type of HTML. It jogged up a lot of memories just to recognise the coding on the side of the paper, but unfortunately, this is now a foreign language to me.
