Aggregate websites aren't great for aspiring artists/professionals. I'd definitely recommend Fennec branching out from DeviantArt and forging her own portfolio, especially as her talent continues to grow.
That's just my opinion though. A professional URL to slap on a business card goes a long way, and it helps you stand out.
