Wait, they're making customers pay for again to ship the cards because they couldn't get them in on time? If that's the case, that's pretty awful.

Yep, although from what I saw it was a fault on the card manufacturer's side of things as there was constant delays (hence moving the release back a week).
It's still pretty shitty though. There's no future LRG releases I'm interested in so I'm gonna have to fork over additional money to cover ridiculous shipping costs. They didn't even deduct the price of the cards from the game's release or anything to compensate for it.
I'm also frustrated with how much digging it took on various sites to get even the most basic info about the SW release. It's not bloody good enough to update their own product page a few mins before release, or have to tell people through direct replies on Twitter.
