After a long time of digging through Oddworld: Stranger's Wrath's files and some help of Xentax and a profound google search, I can finally say that I have extracted the majority of the models and sounds as well as 2D presets such as HUD elements and so on.

My main idea was adding these to Garry's Mod (making Stranger a playermodel, creating a unique HUD) and adding the other characters as ragdolls, and of course, if a way of converting the .gr2 animations is found, SNPC's are possible.
