From everything I hear about Dark Souls, it's the kind of game I want to try and either:
A. Go into it with expectations of extreme difficulty, only to find that people are retarded and don't know how to play a game that doesn't hold your hand for every step of the way.
or
B. Go into it with the the expectation that everyone is a retard who don't know (etc. read the above) and promptly get my ass handed to me because it turns out to actually be as difficult as advertised.
Both seem equally fun.
Either way I'm still enjoying myself with Fallout 4's survival mode, which made the game actually worth playing. No fast travel together with an hilariously overpowered sniper build is tons of fun. I love plotting an efficient route using an out of game map and trying to make my character as overpowered as she can possibly be. So far I'm using Overseer's Guardian to one shot basically anything I encounter, safe for Deathclaws who need three shots.
