I think they lifted the text from the site EJ Prime found, then picked out the words they wanted and flipped them. I’m not sure the site itself is relevant here.
The large amount of text is probably to obscure the flipped words.
Googling the complete string does nothing, and doing the same for individual words would be pointless since they’re so common.
It may just be coincidence but worth noting that “object defective distrusts” = “ODD”.

Good point, those sly dogs them, so I suppose the logical way forward is to examine what ciphers could apply to the word string you extracted from the .txt
