Hi, all! I'm here because somebody asked a question on the Witness subreddit and I have found it fun and want to have the answer. I have never played OddWorlds, but my girlfriend told me I really should (I guess you would approve her), so I guess it's only a matter of time ;-). That's for the introduction. Now I have only two things to say:

- In "The Witness" there is a rule associated to triangles. This is the most difficult rule to learn because you have to learn it from 14 puzzles hidden all over the island, that you will probably find in random order. The rule is only used in secret areas after the normal ending of the game. The rule is (spoilers!) that if there are N triangles in a cell, the path you draw should run along exactly N of the sides of that cell. So I guess that this rule is not related to the trigrid image (moreover, in The Witness, the triangles are not equilateral).

- I have seen nobody notice that the orientation of the triangles is not random: if you continue the top-left edge of a triangle, the line will also go over the top-left edges of other triangles. It's as if the whole image had been rotated.
