It's true. Like many buzzwords thrown about, the term "SJW" is absolutely meaningless and is just an insult. There aren't any political connotations, and there isn't a need to argue semantics when it comes to it.
Like the insults of calling someone a faggot or autist, they're almost never comments about what those words actually meant, they're used haphazardly because they have a crisp sound to them, and they immediately get across "this means something negative".
Dissociating the term with those who generally use it and its regular connotation.. SJW is someone who vehemently defends a social ideology. It's used to combat or refer to those defending the extreme feminist stances on the internet. Such as this Tracer's Butt fiasco.

Except it's really not meaningless or tossed about as much as you're trying to make people think. It's got a pretty clear meaning.
"Social justice warriors" are literally just that - warriors of social justice. Usually getting offended in other groups of peoples' behalfs, 'privilege checking', basically just doing whatever they can to make themselves feel more powerful and righteous than whoever they're debating.
That's another thing - they are the most self-entitled cunts you will ever meet.
