It's disappointing to see most people in this thread singing your praises, it means you won't improve. It's not very good at all, and you seriously need to take this criticism on board because you're a very excusey artist and that's why you won't ever get good.
Observe everything. Seriously, just see everything properly, see how it works, notice shapes, notice patterns, light, perspective, just look at shit, and eventually you will learn how to draw. That's all you can do.
